I just got the new SWN last night. It is a thing of beauty! Thank you, +Kevin Crawford and everyone involved.

I have a rookie question (after making three 'test characters).

When it comes to foci:

Everyone gets one.

Experts get another one, which must be non-combat, non-psychic.

Warriors get another one, which must be a combat focus.

Is that correct?

That is indeed the case.

And heroic PCs get an extra Focus on top.

Love the Dan Dare image from the very first issue of 2000AD, drokk it!

What about an Adventurer (partial Expert/Partial Warrior). Do they get three Foci?

Yes- that's their perk. They don't get the reroll/don't-die abilities of full Experts/Warriors, but they get more range in available foci.

I love this game on first sight. Though haven't been able to play it myself yet. A bit weird, right? I've been thinking, what is in it so attractive for me? Came to think it's the setting and world and faction generators. For rules... If I ever manage to GM it, I'll squeeze in as much from PbtA as possible. I'm more on narrativist side than old-school.

Just started reading the new edition. And if destiny does not throw me just another curve ball, by the end of the year I might produce a small module for your game, +Kevin Crawford ‚Äč.

A small note. I can't understand why the charsheet on page 5 is not filled in, for the benefit of easier grasp what really goes in each cell. It would be a real perk for n00bs.
