Getting some traction on converting an Exalted campaign to Godbound.
There’s a Lore charm in Exalted 3rd edition (God-King’s Shrike) that lets one prophesy so hard that you doom an entire city (tsunami, hurricane, giant kaiju, a star falling on it are all examples).
Some gifts of Word of Time are on that vector, but I’m gathering that in Godbound, changing a Fact about the world at that level would require Dominion be spent.
City sized is base cost 2. Would you say that level of disaster is Plausible, Improbable, or Impossible (and why)?
Depend on what
of disaster: a firestorm or massive sandstorm is highly plausible in the South but a tsunami seems more than a little impossible short of some MAJOR wyld interference and/or dragon line-related geomantic damage which would be pretty bad.
By the way, I'm planning on running a Godbound Exalted game soon, mind sharing any potential resource or work which could be of use?

We’re doing Solars as Exemplar Themed Godbound with Skill Words taken from Exalted’s Ability list.
For major, city-killing disasters I'd generally say "Impossible" - cities seem difficult to destroy outright. But for disasters that seem appropriate to the city's geographic context (a tsunami targeting a coastal city, a massive tornado targeting a city in tornado country, etc.), an argument could be made to me for "Improbable".

What more depth would even be needed?
I know of at least four conversions that run deeper than the Deluxe treatment, including two of my own. One of mine is going to get an overhaul following the release of Lexicon.
Well, it's really all down to personal tastes and how much one prefer to stick closer to Godbound or the Exalted rules-using-Godbound-as-a-base.
By the way, I've started (crude and early) work on name tables as well as sandbox tools for Creation, much in the style of what Kevin Crawford already did for default Godbound. Would you be interested to help me on those?
I doubt I have the time to do anything systematic. The whole goal of using Godbound is reducing cognitive load, so anything I work up for the campaign will be just-in-time.
+Marshall Brengle That's fair enough. May I direct you to the fanmade 'Librum de Verbis' as a stopgap until we get the upcoming book of Words? There's a lot in there you can simply copy whole clothe to replicate some charm effects which aren't covered by the pre-existing Godbound gifts.

I do not have social combat mechanics. This is a straight-take on playing Exalted using the Godbound system.

Bravo sir! There is good substance in here. I must admit that I enjoy the crunchy bits of Ex3 social combat. It is a fun way to make into a game the parts of PC-NPC interactions that are most interesting and I found the Ex3 implementation to be highly adequate. Maybe I'll try to think out my own conversion...
I'm interested, if only because I might want to use some elements towards re-imagining Solar limit breaks. It's the thing I'm least happy with.
