+Kevin Crawford here's one potentially : the book tells you twice your max hit points and attack bonus, once in the class descriptions on pp. 17-18 and again in Finishing Touches on p. 24 (where you are also told about saving throws). Not horrible but I think this could be clarified.

Also, while it's not a major issue now, the pdf bookmarks are totally haywire.

The repetition about hit points and attack bonus is intentional- people tend to flip back to the class description when they want to know those things, but when they're doing it for the first time, they need to be handheld through the Finishing Touches steps.

The foci used to have 3 steps, with the third step being exclusive to Heroic PCs. I ditched those when I ditched the built-in split character creation for Gritty/Heroic PCs.
