Is Telekinetic Armory subtle enough that onlookers might not realize that the assailant is harming someone else? For example, could a Telekinetic in the middle of a crowd generate Mind Bullets and shoot down a yak 200 yards away without anyone realizing that it was telekinesis?

(Despite the quotation of Tenacious D's Wondery Boy, this is a legitimate question, I'm not sure if it would be subtle or obvious, and if it is obvious: I'm not certain how it would be obvious, exactly.)

Yes. As written, TK Armory is silent and invisible. You can skin it however you like though.

+Josh Peters It absolutely is. I'm not sure how much I like that, but the description of the Telekinesis discipline does imply that it's possible to detect the manipulation.

Which is nice.

It depends on how you want TK to work. I don't like "bullets of the mind", and I have the psychic in question hurl things with the character's brain for 1d10+2 damage (plus attribute bonus). This definitely makes it more detectable. Then again, a pebble launched at high speeds is pretty hard to detect.

You can skin TK Armory as "Force Choke" too...
