I am sad that the emichron sector creator website is broken! Definitely prefer it over sectors without numbers because the names are kinda silly.
Adam Koebel brought this up to me earlier this week. Iām planning on completely redoing the sector, planet, and system name generation very soon. Thanks for bringing this up šš¼
+Michelle Consoli anything else that would help make sectors without number better for you?
That is the only main thing I can think of right now
+Michelle Consoli the generator has just been modified to have more normal names for sectors, systems, and planets.
+Mitchel Pigsley wow! That is awesome thank you!!!
Can we get an option to choose which generator is used? I liked the existing naming scheme.
Yeah, so I've been thinking about that a bit more since making this change. I think it totally makes sense to have multiple types of generators.
I'm going to create a ticket for it. This type of thing is going to be built into a customize page which will allow you to add new types of world tags (or other entity tags), custom attributes, and whatever else. It's going to be beautiful.
I'd like to be able to print or export a sanitized version of the sector for my players, perhaps a checkbox that could be checked or cleared in order to include world tags (or leave a planet out entirely if it's out of contact, for example)
Hey
+.J. Hunter
, you can hide entities from your players in the UI and share the link with them. They won't see any hidden entities.
If you want to print off the sanitized version, hide the planets and other entities you'd like, copy the link by clicking the share button, log out, and then go to your shared link. There will be a print option in the sidebar header with the sanitized version.
